Iza Makeup's Booking Policy for Services

Deposit: To schedule your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 based on the service. The remaining balance will be processed on the day of your appointment. No refunds will be given on any services performed.

No refunds on deposits due to cancellations or no-show or for any reason on the clients behalf the day of your appointment. Deposits are not transferable to anyone other person or treatment.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule, you may call to reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment and are able to move your appointment 3 times within the 3 months to reschedule. In the
event of cancellation or no-show or if the client shows up and does not to proceed or any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please understand that while we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, such changes affect Jenny’s schedule and other clients as well. If you cancel your Touch-up appointment less than 48 hours prior or the same day to your appointment, and reschedule outside the 8 week touch-up window, an extra $50 fee will apply. All deposits non-refundable and are valid for one appointment. Rescheduled appointment is based on availability.

Touch-up appointments: Touch-up appointments must be made between 5 to 8 weeks after your initial procedure. If you cannot perform the touch-up due to your
own scheduling conflicts or do not show up for your appointment a $50 fee will be charged for touch-ups after 8 weeks depending on our next appointment availability and cannot exceed a month after the 8 week mark, a $50 deposit must be given in order to secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that a touch-up cannot be performed if you do not need it and you will need come in when you are due. It depends on the color and skin type of each person.

Touch-up Rates:

• 5 – 8 Week Touch-up $100 Eyebrows & Eyeliner (After 8-weeks $50 additional fee)
• 5 – 8 Week Touch-up $150 Lips (After 8-weeks $50 additional fee)
• Perfecting Touch-up after 5-8 week touch-up $80
• 6 – 9 Month Touch-up $200
• Annual Touch-up $ 350 (must be able to see work)

**If you come in for an annual touch up and work is faded it will be charged as a new treatment at current price.

No refunds will be given on any services performed. Prices can change without notice.
